About Us

Little Hands Preschool & Daycare is a warm, safe and engaging space where children learn, play and grow. We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Daycare Teacher to join our team and help give every child a happy start.

Key Responsibilities

- Care for and supervise children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and wellbeing

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities such as storytelling, art and craft, music, play and early learning

- Support childrens social, emotional, language and motor skill development

- Assist with daily routines including meals, nap time, toileting and hygiene

- Maintain a clean, organized and child-friendly classroom

- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, routines and any concerns

- Observe children and report any behavioral, health or safety issues to the management

- Follow the daycare’s safety, hygiene and child protection policies





- Work with fellow teachers and staff to organize events, celebrations and activities

Requirements

- 1–2 years experience in a preschool, daycare or similar setting (freshers can also apply)

- Good communication skills, both with children and with parents

- Patience, warmth and a genuine love for working with young children

- Creativity and energy to keep children engaged

- Ability to handle situations calmly and responsibly

- Team player with a positive and reliable attitude

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

- Diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd, NTT or similar), or a graduate degree

- Basic knowledge of first aid and child safety
