Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Database Manager to lead the design, development, and management of enterprise-grade data warehouses and structured databases that support Analytics and Data Science teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain enterprise data warehouses.
- Define and manage ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Create structured databases for analytics and ML workloads.
- Optimize queries, indexing, and performance.
- Collaborate with analysts & data scientists on model-ready datasets and tables.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security.
- Manage database health, backups, and automation.

Preferred candidate profile

- 58 years in database engineering/data warehousing.
- Solid SQL and schema design skills.
- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
- Strong data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake).
- Experience with cloud platform databases, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
- Experience in leading & guiding team of Data Engineers/DBAs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Kafka/Spark/Databricks.
- Database Certifications
- Exposure to ML feature store design.
- Experience in the Insurance domai
