Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Custom Clearance Executive with 3–5 years of experience in Import and Export Custom Clearance (CHA). The candidate should have good knowledge of customs procedures, documentation, coordination with customs authorities, shipping lines, transporters, and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Import and Export Custom Clearance operations.
- Manage customs documentation, including Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, invoices, packing lists, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with customs officials, CHA agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and clients.
- Ensure timely filing and processing of import and export documents.
- Handle customs examination, assessment, queries, and clearance-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and EXIM procedures.
- Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.




- Maintain proper records of clearance activities and documentation.
- Resolve operational issues and provide regular shipment updates to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Import and Export Custom Clearance.
- Robust knowledge of CHA operations and customs procedures.
- Good understanding of Import/Export documentation and EXIM regulations.
- Experience in coordinating with customs authorities, ports, CFS, shipping lines, and clients.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet operational deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
