Job Details Job Title: Customer Support Executive Process: Travel Voice Process Location: New Town, Kolkata Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate Experience: Freshers can apply Salary: ₹20,000–₹21,000 in-hand per month Additional Benefits: One-way cab facility and ₹1,400 travel allowance Shift: Rotational shifts Working Days: 5 days a week Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries over calls related to travel services. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information. Assist customers with travel-related queries and service concerns. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Maintain effective communication and ensure a positive customer experience.



Follow company guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills Good verbal communication skills. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
