Customer Support Specialist – US Healthcare Process

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 In-Hand (based on last drawn salary and experience)

Working Days: 5 days a week

Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs

Shift: Rotational shifts (24/7 operations; midnight shifts are not included)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our US Healthcare Process team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and preferably experience in US healthcare customer service or medical billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to US healthcare services.
- Provide support for claims, billing, patient, and provider-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
- Meet assigned performance, productivity, and quality targets.
- Follow process guidelines,



client requirements, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- HSC, graduate, or equivalent educational qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in US healthcare customer service or medical billing preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume calls and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in claims processing, provider support, or patient support.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Previous experience in a BPO or healthcare support workplace.
