We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our Domestic Travel Process (Voice Customer Support).

Location: Sector 83, Mohali

Profile: Voice Customer Support Executive

Domain: Travel Process

Experience: Minimum 6 months in a voice process

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills

Working Days: 5 days a week

Week Off: 2 rotational week-offs

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with travel-related queries.
- Provide support for flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and other travel-related concerns.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.




- Maintain professional communication and a customer-friendly approach.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice-based process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong listening skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
