Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented individuals to join our International Chat Support & Upselling team. In this role, you will be the digital face of the company, assisting global customers with their web hosting, domain registration, and digital product needs. Your primary focus will be delivering world-class customer service while identifying opportunities to upsell and recommend right-fit products to add value to the customers business journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Interact with international customers via live chat to resolve product queries, technical issues, and billing questions.
- Consultative Upselling: Understand customer business goals and proactively recommend relevant products, upgrades, and add-ons (domains, hosting, security, etc.).
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily/monthly service level agreements (SLAs),



customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and sales targets.
- Problem Solving: Multi-task efficiently between multiple chat windows while diagnosing and troubleshooting issues accurately.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduation is mandatory (Any stream).
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
- Joining: Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts and rotational weeks off.
