- Required candidates to manage the executions of daily activities related to customer & sales support such as handling enquiries via phone, email.

Customer Order

Processing through SAP, sending order acknowledgments to customers, sending Proforma invoice, payment follow up and arranging dispatch to customers against their orders.

- Execution of the customer complaints recording & responding to enquires and follows up actions thereby as per the set response time. Control and monitor materials issued for customer trials and follow up actions

- Customer Database Management through SAP, · Leads Assignment, Payment follow up, Quotation Follow up, Inspection of Materials prior to dispatch, Enquiry follow up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
