Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Patience and empathy while handling customers
- Basic computer knowledge
