This role is ideal for freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience who possess excellent English communication skills. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.

- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a rotating schedule. This position offers a work-from-office environment with five working days a week and two rotational offs.
