Job Title: Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidates must be fluent in all three languages: Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls and provide appropriate assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally.
- Communicate with customers in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Positive verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
