Experience: Minimum 1 yr of experience in BPO mandatory.
Salary: Up to 32kctc + 4k quarterly bonus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and productive solutions to customers' issues related to products/services offered by the company.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software for tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering) to resolve complex customer issues that require escalation.
- Meet performance targets set by management for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.
