VMC / CNC Operator

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate VMC / CNC turning centre machines as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.
- Load VMC / CNC programs and perform minor program edits when required.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and machining parameters.
- Set tool offsets and work offsets to achieve the required dimensions.
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and product quality.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain workplace cleanliness.
