We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Faculty to deliver professional training sessions and guide learners in understanding SAP PM concepts and practical applications.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in training, along with a professional background in SAP Plant Maintenance or a related domain. The candidate should be capable of delivering structured sessions, addressing student queries, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured training sessions on SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).

- Explain SAP PM concepts, functionalities, and practical applications clearly.

- Provide hands-on guidance on relevant SAP PM processes and activities.

- Cover topics including maintenance planning, technical objects, equipment master records, breakdown maintenance, corrective and preventive maintenance.

- Guide learners through maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, task lists, and maintenance plans.

- Explain project-oriented maintenance, refurbishment processes, warranty claim processing, and work clearance management.

- Introduce SAP PM integration with other SAP modules wherever relevant.

- Understand, address, and clarify student queries effectively.

- Monitor student understanding and provide appropriate guidance throughout the training.





- Maintain professional communication and ensure the effective delivery of sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 1–2 years of experience as a trainer or faculty in SAP PM.

- Professional experience or a strong working background in SAP Plant Maintenance.

- Good understanding of SAP PM concepts, processes, and practical applications.

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and structured manner.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to independently handle student queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- A professional approach towards training delivery and student engagement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with practical industry exposure in SAP PM or SAP Plant Maintenance consulting.

- Individuals who can combine professional experience with effective training delivery.

- Self-driven professionals capable of taking ownership of training sessions and maintaining training quality.
