Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our team in the Fire & Safety industry.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, building customer relationships, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling.
- Contact potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.
- Promote company products and services.
- Prepare and share sales quotations, proposals and presentations.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales reports.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Positive negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of sales experience can apply.
- Experience in B2B, retail, corporate or inside sales is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of construction, trading or MEP industries is preferred.

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
