- Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and market research.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients, architects, developers, corporates and government organizations to promote Sustainability services.
- Conduct client visits to understand project requirements and collect preliminary project information required.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand the company's network.
- Present the company's Green Building, ESG, Energy Efficiency, and Sustainability consulting services to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads, prepare reports, and maintain an updated client database.
- Achieve assigned business development targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
