We’re hiring a Design & Approval Coordinator to manage design coordination and statutory approvals for our building and sports facility projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP designs across disciplines
- Review drawings and resolve design clashes
- Prepare and follow up on approvals from Kerala authorities
- Liaise between consultants, project teams and management
- Maintain drawing registers and approval status
Requirements
- B.Arch or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in multidisciplinary design coordination
- Positive knowledge of Kerala approval processes
