Role Purpose

To provide technical guidance to team members and ensure timely, accurate, and quality delivery of automotive design projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current design concepts and develop master sections.
- Hands-on experience in complete vehicle systems, especially doors and closures.
- Take ownership of components and sub-assemblies.
- Define joinery, interfaces, and assembly sequences.
- Guide team members and coordinate with project teams.
- Ensure quality deliverables within project timelines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in CATIA / Siemens NX (UG).
- Knowledge of vehicle architecture (Monocoque, Space Frame, Cab-on-Frame).
- Master section creation and interpretation.
- Joinery definitions and assembly processes.
- Vehicle manufacturing and assembly knowledge.
- Digital Mock-Up (DMU).
- Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (D-FMEA).
- Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, accountability, and creative thinking.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
