Job Summary

Department: Construction / Project Execution

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction work meets company quality standards.
- Verify all construction activities according to approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Inspect the quality of construction materials, including cement, steel, sand, aggregates, blocks, tiles, and other materials.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship at all stages of construction.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, compaction, and curing procedures.
- Ensure proper quality of masonry, brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and wall finishing.
- Inspect waterproofing works in bathrooms, terraces, balconies, and other areas.
- Check tile alignment, flooring levels, joint spacing, slope, grouting, and finishing.
- Inspect plumbing installations,



drainage systems, pipe connections, and leakage testing.

Required Skills

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
- Experience in site inspection and quality control.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation.

Qalifications & Experience

Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum 2-3 Years of experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
