Job Description: HR Manager
- Manage employee attendance, leaves, and daily HR activities.
- Handle salary calculations, payroll processing, and employee records.
- Maintain discipline, company policies, and staff coordination.
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and ESI-related work.
- Coordinate with management regarding employee performance and requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and good mathematical calculation skills preferred.
- Valuable communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
