We are looking for a versatile Creative Marketing & Content Specialist who can take ideas from concept to execution. You will play a key role in managing our social media presence, designing marketing collaterals, creating video content, and developing compelling digital campaigns for our dental brands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative thinking and hands-on execution—from designing a product poster or brochure to editing a doctor testimonial video or producing an engaging social media reel.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management & Content Creation

- Manage and maintain the social media channels of our brands, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan content calendars and ensure consistent, daily posting across channels.
- Create engaging social media content, including static posts, carousels, stories, reels, product highlights, educational content, and campaign creatives.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas that build brand awareness, audience engagement, and product interest.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and short-form marketing copy to complement visual content.

2. Graphic Design & Marketing Collaterals

- Design high-quality social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
- Create product brochures, catalogues, product leaflets, sales presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
- Develop creative assets for product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and dental events.
- Translate product features and technical information into clear, attractive, and easy-to-understand visual communication.
- Maintain consistent visual identity and design standards across all our brands.

3. Video Production & Editing

- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit engaging videos for social media, digital campaigns, and product promotions.
- Create reels, product demonstration videos, explainer videos, behind-the-scenes content, and brand stories.




- Produce first-party content featuring dentists and clinicians using our products, including testimonials, product demonstrations, clinical experiences, and interviews.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams to plan and execute content shoots.
- Transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos with effective storytelling, sound, transitions, subtitles, and motion graphics where appropriate.

4. Advertising & Campaign Creatives

- Create visually compelling ad creatives for platforms such as Meta and other digital advertising channels.
- Develop multiple creative variations for campaigns, testing different messaging, visuals, and formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute product launches, lead-generation campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Adapt creative assets for different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.

5. Creative Development & Brand Building

- Understand our products, their benefits, and the needs of dental professionals to develop relevant marketing content.
- Research creative trends, competitor communication, and innovative ways to showcase our products.
- Bring fresh ideas to strengthen the identity and digital presence of each brand.
- Take ownership of creative projects from initial concept to final delivery while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Requirements

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media content creation, digital marketing creatives, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,



DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent software.
- Strong design sense, visual storytelling ability, typography skills, and an understanding of colour, composition, and layout.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to create both engaging social media content and professional marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, and product presentations.
- Basic copywriting skills and the ability to communicate product benefits through transparent, compelling content.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, manage timelines, and work independently.
- A proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a willingness to experiment with new content formats.

Good to Have

- Experience creating content for healthcare, dental, medical devices, or other product-focused brands.
- Experience shooting and editing videos, including interviews, testimonials, and product demonstrations.
- Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, audio recording, and basic production setup.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or advanced video effects.
- Experience developing product catalogues, brochures, and exhibition or trade-show creatives.
- An understanding of digital advertising creatives and performance-oriented content.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
