We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through online chat platforms. The candidate should have valuable written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to provide prompt and professional customer support.

Skills Required

- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Patience and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Any UG / Graduate qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good English communication is mandatory.
