We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with UAE fit-out project experience to join our Thrissur team and support project planning, scheduling and monitoring for our Dubai operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Develop baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with UAE project teams, procurement, engineering and production.
- Identify project delays, critical activities and recovery measures.
- Prepare manpower planning, resource allocation and progress dashboards.
- Support project management with planning reports and schedule analysis.
Requirements:
- UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling and monitoring.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience in joinery projects will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of project sequencing, resource planning and critical path analysis.
- Strong reporting, analytical and coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with UAE project teams.
