Job Description – Manager – Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – IT, Computer Science or equivalent.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy & Implementation

- Develop and implement the company's AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI across various departments.
- Lead AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.

2. Business Process Automation

- Implement AI solutions for automation of routine business processes.
- Automate documentation, reporting, approvals and workflow management.
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

3. Real Estate Applications

- Implement AI solutions for project planning, scheduling and cost estimation.
- Develop predictive analytics for project delays, cost overruns and resource utilisation.
- Explore AI applications in CRM, sales forecasting, customer service and property management.
- Use AI for analysis of construction progress, quality and safety monitoring.

4. Generative AI & Technology

- Lead implementation of Generative AI, LLMs, ChatGPT and AI-powered applications.
- Develop AI chatbots and intelligent knowledge management systems.
- Oversee integration of AI tools with existing ERP, CRM and project management systems.

5. Data Analytics & Governance

- Ensure data accuracy,



confidentiality, security and AI governance.
- Establish KPIs to measure AI project performance and ROI

Required Skills & Competencies

- Expertise in Python, SQL, APIs and cloud-based AI platforms.
- Experience in enterprise-level AI implementation.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning and project management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

Senior Position – Key Selection Criteria

- .At least 3–5 years in AI implementation and leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise AI projects.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction or Infrastructure will be preferred.
- Should have experience in managing teams, budgets and organisation-wide AI initiatives.
