Read This Before You Apply

This is not a normal local 7-to-3 construction job. We'd rather tell you that now than have you find out on your first trip.

- You travel. Crews leave from our Whitmore Lake shop. Trips run from 4 days to a month at a time, and you'll typically room with a teammate.
- You work when the plant is down. Food plants can't stop production for us, so nights, weekends, and holiday shutdowns are normal.
- The work is hard. Jackhammers, grinders, buckets, hot rooms, cold rooms, long shifts. You will be tired, dirty, and paid for it.
- You earn your stripes. New guys start on the buckets and the grinder before they run a trowel. Every installer here did.
- You need a license and a ride. A valid driver's license with a clean 3-year record, and a reliable way to get to the shop before and after trips.

$24–$30/hr Full time Whitmore Lake, MI + travel

For someone who wants steady hard work, paid travel, and a trade. Coatings, concrete, or trade experience preferred but not required. Work ethic is.

What we need

- Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year record
- A reliable way to our Whitmore Lake shop before and after trips
- Able to handle hard physical work all shift
- Able to travel 4 days to a month at a time and work nights, weekends, and holiday shutdowns

The work

- Tear-out and demo, jackhammering, hauling debris
- Surface prep with grinders and prep equipment
- Mixing urethane cement and epoxy and keeping material moving to the installers
- Hauling buckets and bags, cleanup
- Loading, driving, and unloading trucks and trailers (no CDL required)
