We are looking for an experienced Freelance Structural Engineer to work with us on a project basis for our ongoing and upcoming residential construction projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for structural design, analysis, drawings and technical support for residential construction projects, ensuring structural safety, quality and compliance with applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare structural designs for independent houses, duplex houses, villas and multi-storey residential buildings.
- Perform structural analysis and design for RCC structures, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs and staircases.
- Review soil investigation reports and recommend suitable foundation systems.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings and reinforcement detailing.
- Prepare structural design calculations and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects and civil engineers to resolve structural design requirements.
- Review architectural drawings and identify structural feasibility and design requirements.
- Provide technical clarifications and support during project execution.




- Review site conditions and suggest appropriate structural modifications wherever required.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant IS codes and applicable building standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in structural design.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structural design and analysis.
- Experience in designing G+1, G+2, G+3 and multi-storey residential buildings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro, ETABS or equivalent structural analysis software.
- Valuable understanding of IS 456, IS 875, IS 1893 and relevant Indian Standards.
- Ability to prepare detailed structural drawings and design calculations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in independent houses, villas and residential apartment projects.
- Knowledge of different foundation systems and soil conditions.
- Experience coordinating with architects, site engineers and execution teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects on a freelance basis.
