- Installation and Setup: Install new window units, split systems, cassette units, packaged units, or VRF/VRV systems according to blueprints and manufacturer specs. [1, 2]
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Inspect systems using multimeters, pressure gauges, and leak detectors to pinpoint electrical, mechanical, or refrigerant issues. [1, 2]
- Repairs and Replacements: Fix or replace faulty parts such as compressors, capacitors, contactors, fan motors, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and thermostats. [1, 2]
- Refrigerant Management: Handle refrigerants safely by detecting leaks, brazing lines, vacuuming systems, recovering, weighing, and charging gas to standard levels. [1, 2]
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine tune-ups including washing coils, cleaning air filters,



clearing condensate drain lines, checking belt tension, and testing system performance. [1, 2]
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Log service visits, parts used, readings, and customer sign-offs into digital logs or CRM tools. [1, 2, 3]
- Client Communication: Explain issues and repair options to customers, provide cost estimates, and offer energy-saving advice. [1, 2]
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations for gas handling, and workplace health and safety (HSE/OSHA) rules

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
