We are seeking a highly driven and customer-focused Customer Quality Engineer to manage customer quality activities, warranty claim analysis, field quality improvement, OEM issue resolution, and ISIR coordination.

Required Candidate profile

Robust experience in Customer QA, Warranty Management, Field Failure Analysis, OEM Relationship Management, ISIR Approvals, and Automotive Quality Systems with exposure to HVAC & Thermal products.
