Job Title: Customer Relationship Executives (Female)

We are hiring female fresher candidates for a Work-from-Office Customer Relationship Executives(R1) position. The candidate should be fluent in Tamil and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly candidates to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives. You will connect with existing customers whose two-wheeler insurance policies are due for renewal, explain renewal options and assist them through the renewal process. No prior insurance experience is required; training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make approximately 20 customer calls per working day.

- Contact existing customers regarding two-wheeler insurance renewals.
- Explain renewal benefits and available policy options clearly.
- Assist customers throughout the renewal process and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction and follow-up records.
- Work towards assigned monthly performance targets and deliver a positive customer experience

Requirements:





- Only female candidates
- Only Fresher candidates with no prior work experience
- Must speak Tamil
- Must have a Android smartphone
- Any education qualification
- Must be able to make customer calls
- Work-from-office role
- No fees or registration charges

YOUR FIRST 6 DAYS

1.Days 1–3 — Training: Insurance basics, products, platform, customer communication and call process.

2. Days 4–6 — Observation: Observe, practise and speak with customers with guidance and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 20 calls daily to customers
- Good communication skills
- Provide information and handle basic queries
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn and improve

Training & Observation

- 6 days of training & Observation will be given in offline mode
- Work starts from after Successful training and Review

Working Hours & Days

Hours : 4 Hours per day

Slots timing : 9.30 AM to 1.30PM and 1.30PM to 5.30PM

Days : Monday - Friday

Sunday & Public holidays - No work

Work Rules

- Make 20 calls per day
- 12 green call per day
