Position Title: Customer Consultant – EBI

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Consultant – EBI with a strong HVAC background and proven expertise in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales , spare parts sales, and demand service offerings. The role is focused on driving AMC business growth, especially in Chiller AMC sales.

Key Responsibilities:

? Drive AMC sales for Chillers and other HVAC service offerings.

? Generate new business through direct customer interactions, consultants, facility management companies, and channel partners.

? Identify potential customers and convert non-contract customers into AMC clients.

? Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, site visits, proposal preparation, negotiations, and order closure.

? Prepare AMC quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and contract renewals.





? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

? Coordinate with the service team for smooth execution of maintenance contracts.

? Explore opportunities for repairs, retrofit projects, spare parts sales, and service upgrades.

? Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

? Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports Required

Skills & Competencies

- Good Communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel extensively for generating new proactive business opportunities form the existing customer in the assigned market.
- Adaptable to work as per customer and business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in HVAC service sales / AMC sales / after-sales business development .
