1. Voice Process Executive

- Handle customer queries over phone calls.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.

2. Non-Voice Process Executive (Chat)

- Handle customer queries through live chat.
- Provide accurate and timely responses.
- Resolve customer concerns through written communication.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing speed preferred for the Non-Voice Process.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in flexible rotational shifts.
