We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle inbound calls, answer passenger queries, and assist customers with ticket bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from passengers and customers.
- Answer passenger queries regarding bus timings, routes, ticket availability, and services.
- Assist passengers with ticket booking and reservation-related inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure a professional and customer-friendly experience.

Requirements

- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Voice Process, or Customer Support.




- Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Knowledge of any ONE additional language is mandatory:
- Hindi
- Malayalam
- Telugu
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with ticket booking software.
