1. Pellet Mill Operation

a. Ensure pellet mill output is as per standard of production per hour.

b. Check gap between die & roller.

c. Report to shift in charge if roller or die has worn out.

d. Ensure correct quantity of steam is being added to get good quality of pellet with maximum output per hour & proper operation of PRV junction.

e. Report to shift in charge if production rate is less.

f. Inspection of hammer mill beaters.

g. Check the physical quality of finished goods.

h. Monitor batch mixing.

i. Checking of particle size of gradable.

j. Record reading of Molasses consumption.

k. Adjust the crumbler rollers as per required particle size verified by QC department.

2. Other Activities

a. Clean the magnets & quantity to be measured in every shift.

b.



Inspection of die for any abnormal cracks, loose bolts.

c. Carry out weekly maintenance of machinery.

d. Maximum 85% utilization of machines.

e. Maximum utilization of HM beaters & sieves.

f. Reduce breakdown.

g. Increase the productivity.

h. Ensure continuous running of pellet mill without break downs
