Room Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and arrange guest rooms and bathrooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and wiping fixtures.
Guest Service & Interaction: Greet guests warmly, handle special requests promptly (e.g., extra pillows, towels, or cleaning), and provide courteous, qualified service.
Safety & Hazard Reporting: Report maintenance issues (e.g., leaky faucets, broken lights, damaged furniture) and safety hazards to management. Safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow PPE guidelines
