Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads for embroidery and printing machines.
- Visit potential customers, dealers, manufacturers, and textile industries to promote company products.
- Explain machine features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and machine presentations.
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer databases, and sales records.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales.
- Experience in embroidery machines, textile machinery, or printing machines will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Two-wheeler is compulsory.
- Valid driving licence is compulsory.
- Candidate must be comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Must have good market development and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates having experience in selling embroidery machines, digital printing machines, textile machinery, or similar industrial equipment will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
