Job Summary

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to grow our clients' brands through Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO and social media. You'll plan and run campaigns that increase website traffic, leads, enquiries and sales for brands in real estate, interior design, furniture and furnishings, jewellery, retail, e-commerce, education, healthcare, hospitality, IT, manufacturing and B2B services. You'll work with our creative, copy, video and web teams, and help grow V Green Media and our own e-commerce brand too.

What You'll Do

Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)

- Plan, launch and scale Meta Ads campaigns for leads, website traffic and sales

- Run Lead Ads with instant forms, click-to-WhatsApp and Messenger ads for enquiries

- Run catalogue, Advantage+ Shopping and dynamic product ads for e-commerce sales

- Build custom, lookalike and retargeting audiences, and test assets, copy and offers to lower cost per result

Google Ads

- Run Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and YouTube campaigns

- Build keyword, bidding and budget strategies for high-intent leads and sales

- Manage Google Merchant Center and product feeds for e-commerce clients

LinkedIn

- Build and grow LinkedIn company pages for clients and our own brands: content plans, thought leadership posts, followers and engagement

- Run LinkedIn Ads with Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content and Message Ads, targeting by job title, industry and company size

- Reach founders, HR, admin, procurement and marketing decision makers for B2B brands

Website Traffic, SEO and Sales

- Grow website traffic through paid,



organic and social channels, and turn it into enquiries and sales

- Drive SEO: keyword research, on-page, technical and local SEO, and Google Business Profiles

- Increase website sales and order value for e-commerce clients with catalogue campaigns and festive season plans

- Improve landing pages, product pages, checkout and forms through A/B testing to lift conversion rates

Social Media, Tracking and Reporting

- Shape social media strategy and campaign ideas with our designers and copywriters

- Set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API and LinkedIn Insight Tag tracking

- Share clear performance reports on traffic, leads, sales, cost per lead and ROAS

- Bring digital strategy and media plans to new business pitches

What You Bring

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

- Proven results growing website traffic, leads and sales for brands

- Proven results scaling Meta Ads for leads and e-commerce sales

- Experience growing LinkedIn pages and generating B2B leads on LinkedIn

- Working knowledge of SEO, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console

- Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel and campaign data

- Explicit English and confidence briefing designers and writers
