- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping / crew recruitment.
- Knowledge of IMO checking and verification.
- Familiarity with seafarer documentation and certificates.
- Knowledge of crew recruitment and candidate coordination.
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year in the shipping industry.
