We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Software Implementation & Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for software installation, implementation, customer training, and providing technical support to ensure smooth software operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and implement ERP, Billing, and Business Management Software at customer locations.
- Provide software demonstrations and customer onboarding.
- Train customers on software features and functionalities.
- Handle customer support queries through phone, WhatsApp, and remote support.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixing and technical issues.
- Assist customers with data entry, master setup, and initial configuration.




- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide onsite and remote support whenever required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or any related field preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of ERP, Billing, or Accounting Software is an advantage.
- Basic SQL / Database knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to learn current software applications quickly.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations if required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
