Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from healthcare stakeholders.
- Understand healthcare workflows involving doctors, patients, laboratories, and clinical operations.
- Analyze EHR/EMR applications and identify workflow gaps, process improvements, and business needs.
- Document business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business users, healthcare professionals, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders.
- Support requirements validation, functional testing, UAT, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate requirements and project updates.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with healthcare business processes and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and laboratory processes.




- Experience working with EHR/EMR applications and healthcare information systems.
- Knowledge of doctor, patient, lab testing, and related healthcare workflows.
- Robust skills in requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Experience supporting functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with healthcare organizations, diagnostic laboratories, or clinical applications.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with cross-functional healthcare IT teams.
