Job Description:

EDRYX is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leaders to lead our Overseas Recruitment and Study Abroad sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Manage CRM activities, lead allocation, and team productivity.
- Drive admissions and recruitment conversions.
- Provide sales guidance, training, and regular performance feedback.
- Handle targets and work effectively under pressure.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in Study Abroad, Overseas Recruitment, or Visa Processing is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and team handling.
- Robust CRM knowledge and sales monitoring skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of motivating a sales team.
