- Catalog & Listing Management: Upload and optimize product titles, descriptions, high-resolution images, pricing, keywords, and A+ content across web stores (Shopify, Magento) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart).
- Order & Inventory Operations: Monitor daily orders, manage stock levels, coordinate with warehouses/logistics teams, and prevent stock-outs or overselling.
- Returns & Claims Handling: Process returns, track transit issues, handle PROTECTED-T or marketplace reimbursement claims, and analyze return trends to lower return rates.
- Promotions & Campaign Execution: Assist in planning festive sales, discount coupons, flash deals, and basic digital/performance marketing ads (SEO, SEM, social media).
- Data Reporting & Analysis: Track daily/weekly KPIs—such as conversion rates, traffic, ad spend, and P&L;—using Excel/Google Sheets and analytics dashboards.
