Job Title –Jira Admin
Location: Any BSL
Educational Background – Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Background & expected experiences:
7+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools
Experience supporting enterprise scale Jira and Confluence environments
Robust understanding of Agile, ITSM, and delivery processes
Experience working with global, distributed teams

Problem Solving
Functional skills ITSM / service desk processes (incident, request, change, problem) Agile delivery practices (Scrum / Kanban) support
Process mapping & workflow design (business tooling translation)
