Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager for our DSA firm with strong expertise in Business Loan processing, credit assessment and underwriting. The candidate should have hands-on experience in evaluating business loan applications, analysing financial statements and coordinating with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end processing and evaluation of Business Loan applications.

Analyse financial statements, balance sheets, P&L; accounts, GST returns and ITRs.

Assess business financials, cash flow, profitability and repayment capacity.

Evaluate CIBIL reports and credit history of applicants.

Conduct credit risk assessment and determine loan eligibility.

Verify business documents, KYC, bank statements and financial records.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for credit approvals and loan disbursements.

Manage loan files, documentation and credit-related queries.





Identify potential credit risks and recommend suitable loan structures.

Maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.

Ensure timely processing of loan applications and achievement of disbursement targets.

Maintain daily MIS reports and track loan application status.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce or Banking.

4-5 years of experience in Credit Management / Credit Underwriting.

Mandatory experience in Business Loan processing and underwriting.

Experience with DSA firms, Banks or NBFCs preferred.

Solid knowledge of financial statement analysis, GST, ITR and bank statement analysis.

Knowledge of CIBIL, credit appraisal and risk assessment.

Good communication, analytical and coordination skills.
