Manage the complete Credit Control and Receivables function for About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Credit Control to manage and strengthen the credit the RMC business.
- Monitor customer outstanding, ageing and collection status on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and achievement of collection targets.
- Review and monitor customer credit limits and payment terms.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations and Accounts teams for effective collection and credit management.
- Identify overdue and high-risk accounts and take appropriate action for recovery.
- Prepare and maintain receivables, ageing and collection MIS reports.
- Follow up on delayed payments and resolve customer payment-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to approved credit policies.
- Support management with accurate reports and insights on outstanding receivables and collection performance.




- Work towards reducing DSO and overdue receivables across the business.

Candidate Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Credit Control / Receivables / Collections.
- Mandatory experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry.
- Solid understanding of RMC customer billing, payment cycles, credit limits and receivables management.
- Experience in handling large customer portfolios and multiple plant/business locations will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ageing Analysis, DSO, Receivables and Collection MIS.
- Good coordination, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
