Responsibilities

· Work on the creative process for various marketing and advertising campaigns, from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality and innovative visual solutions that meet client objectives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and account executives, to develop creative concepts, strategies, and campaigns that align with client goals and brand guidelines.

· Develop and present creative concepts and designs to clients, and effectively communicate and justify design decisions and strategies.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to creative work to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of innovation.

· Work closely with account executives to understand client needs and requirements, and provide strategic input to help achieve client goals.

Qualifications

· Degree in Art, Design, Advertising, or a related field.

· 2 – 12 years of experience in an advertising agency or creative studio,



with a robust portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.

· Proven expertise in conceptualizing and executing visual concepts and designs across various media, including print, digital, social media, and video.

· Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

· Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

· Strong understanding of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the advertising and marketing industry

· Motion graphics knowledge, AI filmmaking experience will be added advantage.

· Working on AI Tools and AI generation compulsory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
