Coupa Consultant – NetSuite Integration

We are looking for an experienced Coupa Consultant with NetSuite ERP knowledge to support the implementation, configuration and optimization of the Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Coupa modules, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and integration with NetSuite ERP.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Coupa implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
- Configure and support Coupa modules, including P2P, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts and Supplier Information Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Coupa solutions.
- Configure approval workflows, business rules, chart of accounts, suppliers, catalogs and budgets.
- Perform system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation issues.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and IT stakeholders.
- Manage user roles, access controls and compliance requirements.




- Prepare technical and functional documentation and conduct user training.
- Manage and support integrations between Coupa and NetSuite ERP.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Coupa.
- Experience with Coupa implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM).
- Experience with Coupa and NetSuite ERP integration is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration and solution design.
- Knowledge of SIT, UAT and go-live activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work directly with business users.
- Consulting or client-facing experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related field.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
