Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This position is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating volunteers to support community, outreach, and organizational initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include organizing volunteer schedules, facilitating training sessions, maintaining accurate volunteer records, and ensuring volunteers have the information and resources required to perform their duties safely and effectively.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align volunteer activities with program needs, supporting events and campaigns, and monitoring volunteer engagement and performance. The Coordinator of Volunteers will promote a positive volunteer experience, address queries or concerns, and help create an inclusive and supportive setting for all participants.

- Candidates should possess strong volunteer management skills, including Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training capabilities.
- Candidates should possess excellent people-focused skills,

- Candidates should possess experience with community-focused activities, including Community Outreach and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple programs and events.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office software and data management tools to track volunteer information and reporting.
- Candidates should possess a collaborative working style, with the ability to build relationships across teams and work respectfully with diverse groups.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in volunteer coordination, community programs, or non-profit initiatives; experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings is beneficial.
- Candidates should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in social work, humanities, management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
