Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers role at Delhivery is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing volunteer activities that support community initiatives, outreach programs, and operational projects. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding volunteers, designing and delivering training sessions, maintaining volunteer schedules, and ensuring volunteers have the resources and guidance they need.

The Coordinator of Volunteers will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for volunteer engagement and track participation, impact, and feedback. The role also involves monitoring program performance, preparing reports, and continuously improving volunteer experiences in alignment with Delhivery’s values and service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to effectively recruit, onboard, and support volunteers.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage diverse volunteers, stakeholders,



and community partners.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach experience to plan and execute initiatives that advance Delhivery’s social impact and brand presence.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to coordinate schedules, events, and multiple volunteer programs simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, and digital communication platforms).
- Candidates should possess a demonstrated ability to work inclusively with people from varied backgrounds and uphold non-discriminatory, respectful practices.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in social work, community development, communications, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in volunteer coordination, NGO or CSR projects, or community engagement; familiarity with logistics or large-scale operations is an advantage.
