Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating volunteers to support organizational initiatives and community programs. The coordinator will schedule and track volunteer activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure volunteers are informed about their responsibilities, timelines, and resources.

Day-to-day work includes organizing volunteer training sessions, providing ongoing support and guidance, and acting as a primary point of contact for volunteer-related inquiries and feedback. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and community partners to identify volunteer needs, promoting opportunities through outreach efforts, and continuously improving volunteer engagement and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management skills, including experience with scheduling, coordination, and maintaining volunteer records.
- Candidates should possess Volunteer Training and onboarding skills,



with the ability to design and deliver clear, structured training sessions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build positive relationships and provide supportive guidance to volunteers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach experience, including promoting volunteer opportunities and partnering with local organizations or groups.
- Relevant experience in coordinating volunteers, community programs, or events, preferably within a corporate or nonprofit workplace.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Degree or coursework in social work, public administration, human resources, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
