Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching

- Conduct live online classes for students in Grades 6–12 across relevant boards and curricula.
- Identify students’ learning gaps, explain concepts clearly, and adapt teaching methods to their needs.
- Prepare for each class based on students’ learning history and goals.
- Share brief progress updates with students and parents after each session.
- Monitor student progress and identify those who need additional support
- 2. Content Development and Quality Assurance
- Create, review, improve, and approve lessons, practice questions, and diagnostic tests using the company’s content tools.
- Check facts, calculations, explanations, and answers for accuracy, and correct any mistakes.
- Identify and fix unclear questions or questions with more than one possible correct answer.
- Ensure lessons are logically structured and suitable for the students’ grade levels.
- Check diagrams, labels, definitions, and key concepts for accuracy and clarity.




- Develop practice questions and tests based on the relevant board syllabus and common student mistakes.
- Identify errors in AI-generated content and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills A degree in the relevant subject or a closely related field. A postgraduate degree or B.Ed. is an added advantage. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach confidently up to Grade 12 or competitive-exam level.

Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to explain concepts in different ways and write explicit, concise content.

Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, with the ability to verify their outputs rather than rely on them blindly.

Type: Full-Time | Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30PM Working Days: 5.5 days

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
